As technical professionals it is easy to get focused on the technology and not consider items such as cost management, but you are essential to successfully creating a cost efficient system. In this session, we will review the primary components of budgeting and cost management, review the tools and programs in place to assist you, and provide several tips based on years of experience to help get you started.
